The Cross Sell Feature boosts sales by offering discounts on other courses for new users that have just bought a course.

  1. User purchases a course, welcome email is sent, user can log in.
  2. Discounts presented: the system triggers sending the user another email, which contains a link to a page that contains a relevant sample video from one of the other courses.
  3. Configuration: the courses presented (video and description of the discounted course) are configurable from the backend by admin, along with how big the discount is and how long the offer is valid. The offer is only available for the next 30 days (unless defined differently).
  4. Reminder function: if the user has not purchased the additional discounted course, they are sent reminder emails at defined and configurable intervals, controlled by the admin.
  5. Tracking results: the feature was built considering conversion tracking in both Google Analytics as well as in Tapfiliate – Affiliate Tracking software.

User Interaction Boost

This feature gives users the ability to “tag” users. Users can tag others by mentioning them e.g. “@john” in their post. It means that the user “john” gets notified of the mention, so they can come into the thread and respond. There are configurable options in the system so users can opt to either: get notified instantly, get a daily digest or turn off email notification completely.
There’s also the possibility to “like” or “unlike” posts. Information is displayed about the amount of people that liked a particular post.  The sum of “Likes Received” is shown on a user’s profile overview to display total “likes” a user has gained, from all posts they have written.

The Journal

Keeping track of progress, the journal allows users to plan activities of different kinds (e.g. Trading, Study/Review or Simulation) on an easy-to-use calendar. The journal allows users to set up goals for planned activities and track achievements in relation to their goals.
